Brinkmann Ranch, one of the largest undeveloped properties in Frisco, will include a large shopping center in addition to the already-planned residential community by builder Landon Homes. Frisco’s Planning and Zoning Commission has approved the shopping center, which will be at the northwest corner of Main and Independence.
Brinkmann Ranch has 3,500 acres and was originally an estate built for Dallas businessman Cloyce Box. It was even used in filming early shows of the Dallas television series!
