Frisco is expecting a new Wal-Mart Supercenter at the southeast corner of FM423 and U.S. Highway 380. According to a Biz Beat Blog article, Dallas’ United Commercial Development and Kroenke Holdings of Missouri sold the 18-acre tract and Davidson & Bogel Real Estate and Venture Commercial brokered the sale. Traffic counts at that location are approximately 80,000 vehicles each day making it a prime spot for retailers.
