Plano’s Legacy West is growing even more! According to a July Dallas News article, developers have completed sales for a quarter of Windrose Tower, a 24-story tower that will include 88 luxury homes. Homes in Windrose start at around $650,000 and range in size from a one bedroom to an 11,000 square foot penthouse. Perks of living in the highrise include an owner’s lounge, fitness center, two guest suites resort style pool, heated spa and an outdoor living room with a fireplace and kitchen. We can’t wait to see the final product!
