Plano’s Legacy West is anticipating the arrival of yet another high profile business: Tesla. According to a Dallas News article, the $3 billion development, located at Legacy and Communications Drive, will already be home to Toyota and Liberty Mutual Insurance. According to documents filed with the Plano planning department, Tesla is planning a new showroom in the middle of the retail district on Windrose Avenue. “Tesla store will be a great addition to Legacy West,” developer Fehmi Karahan says in the planning and zoning commission request.
