Mission of the Month: Back to School Donations

Just a few short months ago, Covid-19 caused a dramatic effect on the end of the school year for the children of our community.  While the 2020-2021 school year is still clouded with uncertainty, we do know one thing for sure ~  No matter what type of classroom setting children will be presented with this fall, they still will be very much in need of supplies and resources to set them up for a successful year of learning.  In fact, this year, the need is greater than ever before.

For July’s Mission of the Month, we will be collecting backpacks and child-sized masks for the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County’s Back to School Fair.  Each year, CACCC’s Back to School Fair equips over 800 children who are clients of the CACCC or CPS for the new school year by providing them with brand new backpacks and school supplies.

We ask that you please deliver your backpack and mask donations (contactless delivery of course 😉) by Friday, July 31, to our Keller Williams office ~ 4783 Preston Road; Frisco, TX 75034.  When you deliver the backpacks, please drive to the back of the building where you may drop off next to the middle set of doors under the covered entry area.
