City of Frisco

As you probably know, Collin County’s City of Frisco is booming. According to a January 2014 article in the Dallas Morning News, Frisco had 4,000+ home sales in 2013 alone, a 24% increase from the year before. The median home price for 2013 was $284,000 and the average days a home was on the market was 43. In addition to residential growth, Frisco also has major plans for commercial growth. With 23,000 acres available for development, we are sure to see big things happen in the years to come. If you are thinking of making the move to Frisco, call The Jan Richey Team.
