At the beginning of 2013 the housing market started to pick up momentum. Towards the end of the year though, things seemed like they were slowing down. How were the housing sales at the close of the 2013? The KCM Crew breaks it down for us in one of their latest blog posts. According to The National Association of Realtors 2013 4th Quarter Housing Report, three out of four regions in the report saw an increase in sales, with the South (including Texas) increasing 3.6%. However, the total U.S. homes sales increased less that 1% from the same time in 2012. The KCM Crew believes the leveling of home sales can be attributed to the lack of salable inventory.
