Nebraska Furniture Mart Construction in Full Swing

Nebraska Furniture Mart is in the midst of tons of preparations. “This is our largest scale store to date and we expect the store to deliver those sales,” said Jeff Lind, chief strategy and development officer for Nebraska Furniture Mart Inc., in a May 2014 Dallas Business Journal article. Anticipating 8 to 10 million visitors per year, the 100-acre distribution center and showroom will have 100 aisles equaling 6.5 miles and 4,900 parking spaces in the parking garage. In addition, about 2,000 people will be employed by the time the entire project is completed in spring 2015.
