Frisco to Build Skate Park

by Tracy Hookstra | October 8, 2014

After years of planning and discussions, the City of Frisco will move forward with plans to build a skate park. In late September, city council members voted unanimously in favor of a resolution approving the Northeast Community Park Master Plan, which includes plans for the skate park. This will be the first sports park built by the City of Frisco that doesn’t include baseball fields. The park, likely to be completed in approximately 30 months, will be located off Panther Creek Parkway and Coit Road near Panther Creek Estates.
