According to a recent Dallas Morning News article, Boston-based Liberty Mutual Insurance is in talks with developers about constructing a service center in Plano’s Legacy business park, consolidating operations from several locations and potentially bringing thousands of jobs to Collin County.
Located in the $2 billion Legacy West real estate development at the southwest corner of the Tollway and State Highway 121, the development would include two high-rise buildings that could accommodate more than 4,000 workers.
Though Liberty Mutual representatives have declined to comment, the possibility has added to the buzz surrounding new developments in Plano and Frisco – all great for Collin County residents!
