Home sales hit record high in June

According to a recent Dallas Morning News article, home sales hit a record high in June totaling 10,575 pre-owned single-family homes. That’s a 12% increase from the same time last year despite the fact that inventory has remained low over the past several months. Price gains in North Texas are more than twice the long-term average for the region and approximately double the national price growth rate.
