Celina on the cusp of a population boom

by Tracy Hookstra | July 7, 2016

The North Texas city of Celina is about to experience a construction and population boom. According to NBCDFW.com, 11,000 people currently call Celina home though that could grow to nearly 100,000 people by 2024, based on a conservative population projection. Several projects are currently underway including Green Meadows, a 4,500-home community one mile west of the planned extension of the Dallas North Tollway.  According to Corbett Howard, former three-term Mayor of Celina, the construction boom in Celina will see the number of homes here multiply seven times over just the next 18 months. The Jan Richey Team looks forward to watching it grow! Read more here.
