According to a recent Dallas Morning News article, Collin County is continuing to grow, this time north of Frisco in the town of Celina. Developer Hillwood Communities purchased over 600 acres at the northeast corner of Coit Road and Frontier Parkway for a $300 million-plus master-planned community, which will break ground in September. The development will include 900 single-family homes priced from $275,000 to $400,000, a resort-style community center, parks, an elementary school and several miles of trails.
