A recent ranking by WalletHub cites 7 North Texas cities among the top 25 “Healthiest Housing Markets” in the United States, according to a recent Dallas Morning News Biz Beat Blog post. Fourteen metrics including median home-price appreciation and home price as a percentage of income to job growth were used to establish the rankings. Allen, McKinney and Plano were all included the top 25, along with Carrollton, Richardson and Denton. Check out the entire list here.
