Located along the Dallas North Tollway just south of Lebanon Road, this 175-acre mixed-use development by Thomas Land & Development broke ground in August of 2014. With a total of 600,000 square feet of specialty retail, be prepared to see big names such as Whole Foods, iPic Theaters, and Pinstripes Inc., along with national fashion retailers and luxury restaurants alike. In addition, Wade Park will contain six million square feet of office space, 1,300 stylish apartment units, 50 condominiums, 127 single-family homes, and a boutique and luxury hotel. Think Uptown Dallas in suburban Frisco! Phase One is slated for completion in spring of 2016.
