What are the hottest real estate markets in the U.S. right now? According to personal finance website WalletHub (via Culture Map Dallas), several Collin County cities top the chart! WalletHub evaluated 300 U.S. cities to determine the results, which focused on significant metrics such as median home-price appreciation and housing affordability. Frisco, McKinney and Richardson ranked 1, 2, and 3 and Allen and Plano trailed not far behind at no. 6 and 9. Check out the entire article here!
