The Kips Bay Decorator Show House began in New York in 1973 as a fundraiser for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. Since then, it has grown into one of the country’s most influential design events. Each year, leading designers transform a chosen home into a series of inspired, editorial-level spaces. Dallas is one of the few cities invited to host this showcase, which places the event—and the region—firmly on the national luxury design map.

This year’s Kips Bay show house in Dallas sits inside a nearly 25,000-square-foot French Renaissance–style estate along Turtle Creek Boulevard. Because of its location near hotels, private clubs, and fine dining, the estate also reflects the lifestyle many luxury buyers seek in Dallas.
