If you live in Collin County, you are well aware of the accumulating real estate growth. One development in particular, Legacy West, seems to be budding at the speed of light, eventually housing offices for Toyota Motor, Liberty Mutual Insurance and FedEx Office. Legacy West urban village will be a 35-acre complex along the west side of the tollway and will include 784 luxury apartments, 280,000 square feet of retail, 260,000 square feet of office space and a 300-room Renaissance Hotel.
