Mission of the Month: Seven Loaves and Frisco Family Services

by Tracy Hookstra | September 10, 2014

During the summer months, local food pantries’ supplies are depleted due to families increased need for food, especially for children while they are out of school.  September’s Mission of the Month is to collect non-perishable food items for food pantries in Plano (Seven Loaves) and Frisco (Frisco Family Services).

Currently, both food pantries have a great need for the following items:

  • Peanut Butter
Jelly
Canned Pasta Meals (ravioli, Spaghetti O’s, etc.)
    Canned Tuna & Canned Chicken
    Canned Soups & Stews
Boxed Meal Helpers (Hamburger Helper, etc.)
    Boxed Mac and Cheese
    Children’s Cereals
Fruit Cups & Canned Fruit
Fruit Juices (small boxes or pouches)
    Ramen Noodles
    Bagged Beans
Flour, Cooking Oils, Baking Items
Snack Items (popcorn, granola bars, etc.)
    Saltine Crackers
    Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.)
    Boxed Baby Cereal
    Baby Formula

Please bring donations to The Jan Richey Team office at 4783 Preston Road, Suite 100, Frisco, Texas, 75034 and knock on our doors at the back of the building (left or middle door). Donations will be accepted through Monday, September 29th.  If donating items via Amazon.com, please ship to:
