Thanksgiving “Stuffing” Food Drive

Can you believe we are already three weeks into October?  With Thanksgiving just over one month away, we have decided to partner once again with Minnie’s Food Pantry to hold a food drive for their 12^thAnnual Thanksgiving Giveaway.

Unfortunately, under the best circumstances, there are many people who may not have the means to provide a Thanksgiving meal for their family.  Now that we are continuing to battle the Coronavirus, even more members of our community are in dire straits and would not be able to celebrate Thanksgiving without the help of Minnie’s.

Recently, I contacted Cheryl “Action” Jackson to see what Minnie’s needed most, and she asked if I would please host a food drive focusing on collecting 3,000 6 oz. boxes of Stovetop Stuffing.  So, for The Jan Richey Team’s October Mission of the Month, we would like to help Ms. Jackson meet her goal.  I would like to challenge each of you to please flood Minnie’s mailbox with boxes of stuffing!

Please send your stuffing donations prior to Thursday, November 5, so that the wonderful folks at Minnie’s will have ample time to prepare for their Thanksgiving Giveaway.
