Plano-based homebuilder John Landon announced that he has purchased a part of the 3,500-acre Brinkmann Ranch in Frisco, bringing hundreds of new homes to Frisco. The development is approximately 200 acres located on the east side of the ranch on Coit Road. “Yes we bought the land and plan on opening it in 2016. We believe it will be a great project for us,” Landon said in a recent Dallas Morning News article. Landon Homes can be found in Frisco, Plano, McKinney and Little Elm, and are priced at more than $300,000.
The “sprawling” development site located between Preston and Coit in Plano, the article goes on to mention, has been one of the “most sought after” properties of all Collin County real estate.
