November Mission of the Month ~ Frisco FASTPacs

by Tracy Hookstra | November 10, 2014

November’s Mission of the Month is for Frisco FASTPacs. A significant amount of students in Collin County are at risk of going hungry when school is not in session. That’s where FASTPacs steps in. Their motto is simple: “Feeding the flock, one pack at a time.” Since the first day of the current school year, they have delivered over 5,166 meals to hungry children in Collin County.

Currently, they are in need of the following items (no peanut products, please):

  • Canned meat (vienna sausage, chili, tuna, chicken, etc)
  • Dry pasta – individually-packed servings (easy-mac, ramen noodles, etc)
  • Desserts – individually packaged servings (cookies, gummies, pudding cups, rice krispy treats, little debbies, etc)
  • Dry snacks – individually packaged servings (goldfish, cheez-its, granola bars, pretzels, raisins, etc)
  • Breakfast (individual cereal boxes, oatmeal packets, pop-tarts)
  • Canned vegetables
  • Chef Boyardee canned pastas with sauce (any)

Please deliver the items by November 16th to The Jan Richey Team Keller Williams office at 4783 Preston Road, Frisco.  At the office, please knock on our doors at the back of the building (left or middle door). Thank you for making sure no child in Collin County goes hungry!
