Developer Fehmi Karahan is “building a city within a city,” near the DNT and Sam Rayburn Tollway, according to CBSDFW.com. Already approximately 40% complete, the mixed-use complex is growing rapidly. Karahan predicts more than 30,000 people will live and work within the development upon completion. The grand opening is set for March of 2017. Add it to your calendar!
