Operations and Listing Coordinator, Realtor

As the Operations and Listing Coordinator for The Jan Richey Team, Ali brings over 20 years of real estate experience to the Team. A licensed Realtor® with a well-rounded background in title, mortgage, and appraisal, she has worked in both Texas and Florida—giving her a comprehensive understanding of the industry and the listing process.

Ali focuses exclusively on supporting the Team’s listings, managing every detail from pre-market preparation to scheduling and marketing coordination. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent communication help ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both agents and clients.

Ali and her husband Richard have three grown children. She especially enjoys traveling to Florida State University to watch their daughter perform in the marching band. In her free time, Ali enjoys playing Bunco, relaxing on the patio with a margarita, and spending quality time with family and friends.
