Her journey with the team actually began as a client; after experiencing Jan’s gold standard of service firsthand, Jennifer knew exactly where she wanted to launch her real estate career.

Jennifer’s professional pedigree is rooted in high-stakes environments. From serving as Director of Channel Sales for McAfee Software to her role as a Business Development Partner for Servpro—where she trained and launched new franchise owners—she has mastered the art of negotiation and strategic growth. Most recently, she served as HR Director and Contract Manager for Classic Recreations (licensed by Shelby American), overseeing the intricate flow process for hand-built, custom Mustangs. This experience in managing complex, high-performance contracts make her an incredible asset to clients navigating the North Dallas and Collin County markets.

Outside of real estate, Jennifer is a dedicated mother and grandmother who loves the vibrant lifestyle of North Texas. When she isn’t spending time with her two grandchildren, she channels her creativity into refurbishing antique furniture—a hobby that reflects her appreciation for quality craftsmanship and seeing the hidden potential in every “find.”
