She oversees all systems, processes, and day-to-day execution, ensuring that every transaction is handled with precision, efficiency, and a client-first mindset.

A licensed Realtor® with the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designation and more than 38 years of industry experience, Tracy brings a depth of knowledge that supports both clients and team members across every phase of the real estate process. From initial listing preparation through offer negotiation and contract-to-close coordination, she manages the details that drive successful outcomes while maintaining clear communication at every step.

Known for her responsiveness, organization, and steady leadership, Tracy plays an integral role in delivering a seamless experience. Her commitment to excellence, combined with a hands-on approach to team management, ensures that each client benefits from both personalized service and the strength of a well-run, highly experienced real estate team.

Tracy and her husband Charles live in Twin Creeks in Allen.  In their spare time they enjoy attending a variety of sporting events, especially Texas Ranger games and spending time with family.
