Dubai-based Invest Group Overseas plans to build a $700 million mixed-use project titled ‘The Gate’ at the DNT and John Hickman Parkway in Frisco, according to a recent Dallas Morning News article. The project will be a part of the now tokened ‘$5 billion mile.’
The Gate will include four office buildings, two retail/restaurant buildings and nine urban living buildings, six retail buildings and one hotel building. Still in the initial stages, architecture firm Gensler is currently working on conceptual plans.
