Next weekend, Collin County neighborhoods will be filled with giggly children dressed as characters from their favorite TV shows, books and movies. Yes, Halloween is upon us! But where should you go for the best local trick-or-treating? A recent Dallas Morning News NeighborsGo article says Frisco. According to nextdoor.com, Frisco was No. 5 on the list of Top Ten U.S. Cities for Treats. With haunted houses and more than average porch lights on, Frisco is the place to go to fill up your (or your kids) candy buckets.
