Willow Bend Mall in Plano is getting a $100 million dollar makeover! As if this mall wasn’t already great, the new owners are investing in more restaurants, an office tower, and hotel. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by 2017. “Plano is experiencing terrific growth, and our vision for Willow Bend is in step with the city’s business, shopping and entertainment plans for the future,” said Scott Wolstein, CEO of Starwood Retail Partners. We couldn’t agree more!
